We are looking for a visually driven, strategic BRAND CONTENT MANAGER to join our interior design firm full-time in Phoenix, AZ.

 

This is an in-person role for a creative storyteller who can capture the luxury, detail, and lifestyle of our brand. You will own our digital footprint across all platforms, transforming our physical transformations into digital inspiration.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for aesthetic composition, understands high-end design, and can seamlessly pivot from filming a dusty demo day to styling a final reveal shoot.

Key Responsibilities
 

• On-Site Production: Attend all project site visits, installs, client reveals, and various meetings to capture dynamic behind-the-scenes and final content.

• Content Creation: Script, film, and edit engaging short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and high-quality photography highlighting our design process and finished spaces.

• Multi-Platform Management: Maintain, curate, and schedule the grid and feeds across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and our website portfolio.

• Editorial & Copywriting: Write, design, and distribute our weekly email newsletter publications, sharing design tips, trend reports, and project updates.

• Strategy & Analytics: Develop a cohesive content calendar that aligns with project completion timelines. Track and report engagement metrics to optimize growth and inquiries.

• Community Engagement: Monitor channels daily, respond to client and fan inquiries, and build relationships within the design community.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications
 

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management and content creation. An aesthetic portfolio (video and photo) is required to apply.

• Interior Design Eye: Deep understanding of interior design terminology, aesthetics, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling is a plus. 

• Video/Photo Editing: Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot) and/or professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom).

• Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing and growing audiences across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.

• Logistics: Must be based in the Phoenix metro area with reliable transportation to travel to local project sites and installations.
